Professional athletes or world travelers?

This past weekend, I attended the 2009 Chicago Blackhawks Convention at the Hilton on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Sihanoukville or bust…

From Aaron and Georgie, our couple on the go….
Life in Sihanoukville (Cambodia) is going pretty good, we have been struggling with plans on what to do next and it’s been hanging over us for a while now but finally we have some stuff set in stone. The very very original plan from way back when was always to end up here in Sihanoukville and try to find some work… But of course that all changed all over the place. Wednesday’s Q&A

Our resident flight attendant answers the following question:
Q: Since you work first so much, I’ve got to ask, what’s the easiest/hardest meal to serve? Seems to me like breakfast would be pretty easy since it has a lot less options, at least on AA, which is who I tend to fly. It’s basically just three choices, omelet or cereal/fruit, bagel or biscuit, and drink. Once you get into the dinners, there are a couple of hot options, you’ve gotta worry about wine & cocktails on top of water & all the other drinks, etc, etc.
