Don’t travel like a pimp

Being a pimp is cool and all, but traveling like one is not suggested.
When traveling make sure to keep small change in your pocket so that when you go to buy something, you are not pulling out a wad of cash….and receiving unwanted attention.

A continuation of yesterdays tip of the day regarding ATMs……place the money you want to access abroad in your checking account.
Many ATMs abroad do not give you a choice between savings and checkings…..they choose for you…..and they always choose checking.

Four is the magic number

Before you leave on a trip abroad, make sure your pin number is only 4 digits, as most ATMs in other countries do not accepts longer pins.
Also remember that ATM is an American phrase and not understood in the rest of the world!

In an age where there are thousands of passwords, combinations, pins, etc. to remember, it is hard to keep it all straight. 
A good way to make them easy to find is save them as phone numbers in your mobile phone.
