Mormon Chic recipe
In honor of spending last week in Utah I decided to do a google search on Utah recipes and I happened upon a website called MormonChic.com ….and this is one of their recipes…..Raspberry Jell-O Jubilee…
2 can crushed pineapple
1 – 6oz. pkg raspberry gelatin
1 – 4-6 oz. pkg frozen raspberries
2 sliced bananas
1-1/2 cups boiling water
Drain pineapple reserving juice. In large bowl place raspberries, top with pineapple. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and pour over raspberry mixture. Stir to thaw raspberries. Stir in bananas. Then take reserved pineapple juice and add enough cold water to make 1-1/2 cups liquid. Stir into gelatin mixture, pour into dripper (9×13) pan and chill until set.

A Night at Alta, a Day at Snowbird
Monday night I slept at the Alta Lodge and Tuesday snowboarded Snowbird Mountain….

A pair of skis begging to be used….unfortunately for me Alta only allows skiing so off to Snowbird I go (only 1 mile away)…

Monday day and night it snowed so Tuesday we had an amazing powder day under beautifully clear blue skies…
This is my snowboard buried in powder….all that was visible was my thighs…must learn to ride in powder…
After a fun powder day I went into the Snowbird lodge for a well deserved hot cocoa…
