When traveling to a third world country, consider packing clothes you intend on leaving behind.
This accomplishes many goals: giving back to the world…spring cleaning…making room for all the chatchkies you bought…good karma.
At the end of your next trip, ask the hotel’s front desk to recommend a local charity where you can offload the contents of your luggage…and help those who are less fortunate.

LOVE this travel tip! I actually did that with my nike shoes in Croatia. They were “too much” to carry around, so I just left them on the steps in a residential area in Split. Great idea
