Fatima was my guide in this, and was superb. Ending with a swim in their lovely pool, exercising our newly rejuvenated and aware bodies, was an unexpected bonus. As a woman tourist with no french or arabic, or Moroccan girlfriends, I was shy to use a local hamam. But I recommend this to anyone before returning to their busy western city life.
